Fresh and lovely it is Rebula, the indigenous wine from our Brda hills.
Delicate aromatics and a light body with moderate acidity bring joy and refresh the moment. The Rebula had little time on skins to extract the aromatics with a gentle press. The Rebula is a gentle wine, very pleasant and light. Easy drinkable with the potential to make your day brighter.
Our Rebula has an elegant and lean structure.
The taste resembles Honey (beeswax), thyme (herb), Lindel (flower), buttery notes, and little minerality. It has a little more astringency than other wines and is very adaptable to different dishes.
🍴 Pairs well with: fish, pasta, and fresh salads and also go well with our local traditional food.
🍷 Serving: Chilled! 10-11 C
🍃 Vineyard notes
The name of this vineyard is “Pod Cesto '', which means under the road. This is an ancient vineyard with an interesting story. The vines are 65+ years old and the rows are so close together that special care should be used to work with the tractor. The vines were planted to be worked with oxen.

Rebula is famous to be a great fresh wine variety. The vintage 2020 because of its location was well ripe and the wine represents it. It is a must-try Rebula.

Our Malvasia Orange is not just a macerated wine, it is a journey of taste. Every sip is a discovery of new sunny memories.
A tribute to our ancient winemaking tradition with special regard to the future. This is a wine that brings the freshness of Malvasia grapes to your glass. The taste is fruity and light, very interesting as a full-bodied wine. It was macerated the amount of time to extract the fruity aromatics and conserve the freshness. It will light up the cloudy days and bring you delight with every sip.
This is a macerated version of Malvasia with a philosophy of minimal intervention. The maceration confines to the wine a very deep orange color and richer body. The wine was then matured in oak barrels.
The taste is like citruses, pears, acacia flowers, apricots, and little refined tannins. A definite conqueror in terms of taste and it is meant to last. It can be aged for years and it will gain refinement and smoothness.
🍴 Pairs well with: Seafood, fresh fish, and salads.
🍷 Serving: Chilled, wait in the glass to warm up.
🍃 Vineyard notes
This vineyard is on a hillslope under the village of Dobrovo. The great view is not just interesting but is oriented to the north helping to make the temperatures cooler during the summer. A great combination of the location and the soils makes these wines so exciting.

Malvasia Orange is a tribute to the wines of our grandfathers. They were drinking these wines when playing cards over the table with friends. The vintage 2020 is a little less structured than usual, but this is not a downside. On the other hand, this wine is very drinkable and enjoyable. Take special care of it and store it in a dark place, try one bottle after some years and tell me.
